Mark Anthony Williams was born in London England, and raised in Kingston Jamaica before moving to the Bronx New York. After graduating from the State University at Albany, he moved to California to pursue acting.

 

In 1996 he began performing in local theaters around Hollywood which garnered him a NAACP THEATER AWARD NOMINATION in 2001 for Best Supporting Actor in JEFFREY’S PLAN. That year he began writing short films for friends before writing and directing his own short, Flower Shop. In 2021 he sold his first sitcom script to the show Arnold’s Caribbean Pizza and is currently completing his feature, The Black Guy Always Dies First!

Over the last few years Mark Anthony has booked several commercials,  including METRO PCS, AMAZON, XFINITY, AT&T and GEICO. His tv credits include, KEY & PEELE, THE NEW EDITION STORY, THE SOUL MAN and THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ARNOLD’S CARIBBEAN PIZZA and ABC’s new pilot ADOPTED.
